Want to give a new life to that jacket you never wear? This course is an introduction to carving and printing linoleum blocks on garments. All you need to bring is a piece of clothing— we’ll teach you the rest! Students will receive one-on-one guidance on developing a design that flows with the unique shape of their piece. Students will then learn how to use carving tools to carve their design into a block and hand-print it onto their garment. This is the perfect class for anyone interested in up-cycling and the intersection between print and fashion. No prior experience is required.
