Every Thursday at this Fishtown dinner-theater-meets-cabaret, Bordello transports guests to the roaring twenties with live jazz and burlesque from international performers. According to the Inquirer, Fabrika opened in 2020 in a former ice cream equipment factory, featuring a 150-seat dining room with 40-foot ceilings, a hydraulic stage that retracts into the floor, and Mediterranean cuisine from chefs with roots at Kanella Grill.
