Le Virtu Gluten-Free Italian Feast

Le Virtu serves a fully gluten-free, celiac-safe a la carte menu for one night after a deep clean of its kitchen and bar, with dishes like buckwheat tortiglioni with octopus ragu, Peposo beef shoulder and a flourless almond Parrozzo cake.
