Crystal Marie is a comedian, actress, writer, and producer, based in Los Angeles. As a stand-up comedian, Crystal performs throughout the United States and internationally, headlining clubs on her own and opening for the likes of Jay Leno, Russell Peters, Adam Carolla, and Maz Jobrani to name a few. She was also a featured artist at the 2024 Netflix is a Joke Festival, regularly performs at the Comedy Store, and is currently working on her debut 1-hour special. As a producer, Crystal also has several unscripted projects set up with various partners across town focusing on an array of topics pulled from her own life as a comic as well as her experience being the proud daughter of Iraqi immigrants. Most recently as an actress, she can be seen in THE GUTTER for Village Roadshow alongside Shameik Moore, Adam Brody, and Jay Ellis. The film premiered at SXSW 2024 before going on to a November 2024 theatrical release nationwide. Additionally, Crystal recently appeared as a recurring prankster on the reboot of MTV's PUNK'D hosted by Chance the Rapper and in FUSE's new show WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT AMERICA. Additionally, Crystal began her career as a sports and entertainment news reporter working for esteemed programs such as Extra, The Daily Share, and Hollyscoop to name a few. Dylan's been featured in multiple festivals including the Mass Moca Comedy Festival, the Moontower Comedy Festival and he was one of the new comics presented by Netflix is a Joke in their "Featuring..." showcase in 2024. Special Event: Aaron Weber
Aaron Weber is a standup comedian based in Nashville, TN and is a regular performer at the world famous Grand Ole Opry. He made his debut in 2019 at the age of twenty-eight, making him the youngest standup comedian ever to step into the Opry circle. Later that year, he made his television debut on the Opry’s Circle Network, hosting two episodes of Stand Up Nashville. You can catch Aaron on The Nateland Podcast with Nate Bargatze and Brian Bates, on which the three Nashville-based comedians tackle important world issues like animals, calendars, and Rhode Island. Helium Presents: Stand-up 101 Graduation Showcase
The Helium Comedy Academy is an ongoing monthly class which focuses on developing and honing a range of skills in various comedic disciplines including stand-up, improv, and sketch. Our philosophy in teaching comedy is understanding that training is essential. It's a craft similar and not unlike any dance, theatre or vocal program. There's a foundation that can be learned which will expedite one's success. Ongoing workshops are for everyone. Beginner to advanced.
