Yanaga Kappo Izakaya 637 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19123 February 14–28 Yanaga Kappo Izakaya spotlights premium Japanese ingredients with Japanese Scallop Crudo (Japanese Scallop served with shikuwasa buttermilk vinaigrette, nata de coco, chia seeds, chive oil, and pumpkin seeds) and Japanese Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki Onigiri (Sukiyaki-style Iwate Japanese Wagyu Beef short rib served over hibachi-style pilaf onigiri, made with short-grain rice from Niigata, Japan and finished with soy dashi and gobo root). These dishes are only available February 14–28. Japanese Wagyu Beef is also available for purchase at select retail partners including The Wine Shop at Cornerstone and La Stalla Italian Market.
