The Lodge opened July 2025 in the former Hawthornes space at 11th and Fitzwater, with wood-paneled walls designed to feel like an actual countryside lodge. No cover. Rotating jazz trios complement the 20-drink cocktail list, including the Two Robbers World Famous Martini (dirty, with thyme-rosemary-fennel infused olive brine).
